These tournaments are held every month. On the first Sunday of the month at 15:30 ET you will have a chance to win anywhere from $4 to $9,500. You can find this tournament by visiting the Tournament > Freeroll/FTPs section. If you have never played in a freeroll like this there are a few things you should know. Usually around 40-50% of the registered players do not even play. People signup and forget or are busy or just don't think they have a shot. Most of the players that do play are very inexperienced. in the first few minutes alone around 20% of the players will already be knocked out. There are a lot of pre-flop all-ins.
